We offer the guarantee of working with SEUR for all our shipments within the Iberian Peninsula * (incl. Balearic Islands and Portugal). Once the order is received and the payment has been processed, we hand your parcel to SEUR with the aim of reaching our customers in 24h/72h* on weekdays (from Monday to Friday) at your address of choice. *Shipments can be delayed during special promotions.
It is essential to provide a mobile number for us to manage the deliveries.
The courier will notify via SMS / EMAIL of the delivery arrival, so you can contact them to re-schedule in case you are not in at that time/day.
If the courier doesn't find you at your home, they will leave a notice in the mailbox for you to contact them and arrange a new delivery.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and other international deliveries will be handled by the Post Office.
Deliveries to addresses within the Iberian Peninsula * (incl. Balearic Islands and Portugal) take between 24/72 hours from Monday to Friday. (Weekdays in Spain).
International deliveries* take between 7 and 15 days, from Monday to Friday. (Weekdays in Spain).

In the event of 24 SEGONS not being able to meet this deadline due to lack of stocks, our customer service will contact you within 1-3 working days to advise of the approximate date of re-stocking, change or cancel the order. In this instance, had the payment been processed, 24SEGONS will refund the relevant charge accordingly.

Customs and taxes
Residents in the EU
The prices of the products are for sale on the Web include Value Added Tax (VAT) In case of a company eligible for VAT exclusion, must provide us his VAT number and the relevant certificate.
Residents in non-EU countries
Purchases made by natural or legal persons residing in non-EU countries will not be exempt from VAT unless the relevant certificate is sent to 24SEGONS.
Orders delivered to non-EU countries are subject to various customs fees and taxes. These costs are covered by the customer.
The purchasing system is subjected to the laws in force in Spain, therefore sales operations shall be conducted at the fiscal address SORT 2000 SL located in C / Ramon Mossèn Fornells, Nº 52 08301 of Mataró (Barcelona).
In case of a return because the item is not of your liking (size, color, etc...), due to an error by the customer, please post your parcel in the original packaging bearing in mind it has to reach us within 14 days after receival.
Please bear in mind the items must be in new condition and must include all instructions and original packing material (including the 24SEGONS shipment box). The customer pays all return shipping charges.
In case of an exchange, 24SEGONS will incur in the shipping costs of the new merchandise.
Please bear mind 24SEGONS will issue the customer with the relevant credit note to be used against the client's next purchase. Should 24SEGONS ship the order wrongly, the product will be collected from the customer and the correct one will be shipped at no extra cost.
Products purchased through the Sequra payment method and that wish to be returned will have a management fee of € 3.90 that will be paid by the customer.
The process for a claim of defective product is:
- 1. Submit a photo of the defective product to email@example.com
- 2. Advise of the product defect.
- 3. Advise of the number and order date (imperative).
- 4. Provide your full name and contact details.
We will contact the customer to advise on how to proceed. 24SEGONS reserves the right to determine between defective product and normal wear-and-tear.
In case of the product being defective due to a manufacturing fault, 24SEGONS will replace the item with a new one or one with similar characteristics. Please bear mind 24SEGONS will issue the customer with the relevant credit note to be used against the client's next purchase.
In case of the return NOT being defective due to a manufacturing fault but normal tear-and-wear, 24SEGONS will officially inform the client and will proceed with re-shipping of the product (which cost will be be covered by the client). Should the shipping cost not be accepted, 24SEGONS will stop its shipment.
