COMMON QUESTIONS AND OPERATION
Shipment
We offer you the guarantee of working with Correos for our shipments. Once payment has been received and confirmed, we will hand it over to the transport company that will make the delivery within 48/72 hours on working days from Monday to Friday at your home or at the place you request (the nearest Post Office or Citypaq). Delivery times may be modified during special promotions, Black Friday or Christmas. For international shipments, the shipping time may be between 5 and 8 days.
It is essential for the management of deliveries to provide the mobile phone number in order to receive notifications from the carrier.
The transport company will send you an EMAIL and an SMS with notifications about the status of the delivery. If after two attempts at delivery to the address indicated the carrier is unable to contact the customer, the order will be deposited at the Post Office closest to the customer's home.
Shipments to the Canary Islands will also be made through Correos (or temporarily through ClickCanarias) and the payment of taxes will be made at their offices when collecting the order (except in the case of orders generated through ClickCanarias, who will be in charge of the tax procedure).
For orders with different items that require preparing more than one package (bundle), the shipping price may be affected by each extra package
Delivery Time
The delivery time to the peninsula and the Balearic Islands is 48/72 hours on business days from Monday to Friday.
The delivery time to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla is between 6-9 days from Monday to Friday. (Business days in Spain). This period may vary due to customs procedures that are outside the scope of 24Segons.
The international shipping period is between 5-8 days from Monday to Friday. (Working days in Spain).
In the event that 24Segons cannot meet this deadline due to lack of stock, our customer service will contact the customer once the incident has been detected, to inform them and proceed to confirm the approximate date of shipment, change or cancellation of the order.
If you have made the payment, the amount will be refunded immediately in the same way as it was made only in the event that none of the alternatives offered or the service date provided did not satisfy the customer.

Customs and Taxes
Residents of the European Union
The prices of the products sold on the website include VAT. If you are a VAT exempt business, you will need to provide us with your VAT registration number and certificate.
Residents of non-EU countries
Purchases made by individuals or legal entities resident in non-EU countries will not be exempt from VAT unless they send us the appropriate certificate.
Orders to the Canary Islands and non-EU countries are subject to various customs duties and taxes. The payment of these will be the responsibility of the client.
The purchase system is subject to the legislation in force in Spain, therefore the sales operations are understood to be carried out in the domicile of SORT 2000 S.L. located at C/Mossen Ramon Fornells, number 52 bajo -08301 of Mataró (Barcelona).
International shipping terms:
Our shipments are delivered within standard estimated delivery times. Please note that the delivery of your order may be slightly delayed due to the high volume of shipments during sales or promotions.
The customer is responsible for any customs duties or local taxes.
VAT is not refundable on international sales.
Our orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or military bases.
The usual delivery time of your order may be affected during special periods, Christmas, sales or promotions due to the high volume of shipments.
For international orders of more than one item, the shipping price may be affected by an additional £5 to £10 for each additional package.

RETURNS
Returns of goods will only be accepted within 14 days of receipt and will have to be authorised by SORT 2000 SL.
Purchases made after December 1st will have a return period until January 15th.
It is necessary that the goods are in perfect condition, including seals and packaging. It is important to pack the products well so that they do not suffer any damage and to include all components and the original box/packaging of the product. Please remember that if the goods do not arrive in good condition, the amount to be refunded or the return of the damaged product will be assessed. You must include the delivery note and tick the refund or voucher box.
To return the goods you have the following options:

You can visit any of our stores and process your return free of charge. The store staff will process the return. The final payment will be processed by the web department in the same way as the payment was made. *

You can request the return by logging into your 24segons account and going to the section MY ACCOUNT > ORDER HISTORY > MORE MANAGEMENTS (of the order you wish to return) > GO TO RETURN SECTION and selecting the products you wish to return.
Our customer service will send you a link from Correos to fill in with the necessary data to formalize the return. With this procedure you will receive a barcode that you must show at the Correos office when you drop off the package. The barcode can be printed or you can show it on your mobile phone. Anyone can drop off the package at the Correos offices as long as they show the necessary barcode.
The estimated waiting time for the return is 4 to 8 business days. (When a promotion is active, a slight delay may occur).
Residents outside Spain must process the return on their own and send the merchandise to the address 24SEGONS, Carrer Remallaire 28 (Pol. Les Hortes) 08302 Mataró, the amount will be at your expense and we are not responsible for any incidents that may occur during shipping.
As soon as we receive the return at our warehouse or in our physical store and we verify that the product is in perfect condition, we will proceed with the corresponding refund. The refund will be made using the same method used for payment (card, Sequra, etc.). When we receive the merchandise, we will contact you by email to inform you that we have correctly received your return and that we are proceeding with the refund.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
The procedure for claiming a defective product from an online purchase is as follows:
1- Send a photo of the defective product to [email protected]
2- Indicate the defect of the product
3- Photo of the purchase receipt or invoice.
4- Your name and contact telephone number.
If 24Segons is satisfied, the product will be collected from your home at no extra cost. The returns department will analyse the case and send you an e-mail in response to the defective product.
In the case of a return of defective material due to a manufacturing fault, 24Segons will issue a voucher valid for future purchases. Under no circumstances will the amount paid by the customer be refunded.
The procedure for claiming a defective product purchased in a physical store is as follows:
1- Take the faulty product 'on the spot' to the store.
2- Bring the purchase receipt or invoice with you.
In the event of the return of defective material due to a manufacturing fault, 24Segons will issue a voucher valid for future purchases. Under no circumstances will the amount paid by the customer be refunded.
In case of return of defective material due to a defect in use or if it is considered that, according to the parameters required by the brand, it is not a manufacturing defect, 24Segons will inform the customer of the reason for not proceeding with the claim.
