CONDITIONS OF USE

1.1 The User undertakes, in general, to use the Store, to purchase the Products and to use each of the services of the Store diligently, in accordance with the law, morality, public order and the provisions of these General Conditions, and must also refrain from using them in any way that could prevent, damage or impair the normal operation and enjoyment of the Store by Users or that could damage or cause damage to the property and rights of 24Segons, its suppliers, Users or any third party in general.

2.1 24Segons reserves the right to decide, from time to time, the Products offered to Users through the Store. In particular, 24Segons may at any time add new Products to those offered or included in the Store, it being understood that unless otherwise provided, such new Products shall be governed by the provisions of these General Conditions. Likewise, 24Segons reserves the right to stop providing or facilitating access to and use of any of the different types of Products offered in the Store at any time and without prior notice.

2.2 The Products included in the Store shall correspond as closely as possible to the Products actually offered, as far as the web display technology allows. The characteristics of the Products and their prices are shown in the Shop. The prices indicated in the Shop are in Euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.

3.1 Within a maximum period of twenty-four (24) hours, 24Segons will send an email to the User, confirming the purchase. Said e-mail will assign a purchase reference code, and will detail the characteristics of the Product, its price, shipping costs and details of the different options for making payment for the Products to 24Segons.

3.2 The User who purchases a product through the Store must make the payment using the payment systems specifically detailed in the Store.

3.3 24Segons will file the electronic documents in which the contract is formalised, sending a copy to the User once the purchase has been made. The contract shall be drawn up in the Spanish language.

3.4 The order confirmation sent by 24Segons is not valid as an invoice, but only as proof of purchase. 24Segons will send the corresponding invoice together with the Product.

4.1 The user has a right of withdrawal by which you can exercise this right through our website (at the bottom of the page in the Returns section), by contacting via WhatsApp (+34 658 898 511) or via email devoluciones@24segons.es. You may withdraw from the purchase within a period not exceeding fourteen (14) working days, counted from the receipt of the Product. The goods must be in perfect condition, including seals and packaging. It is important to pack the products well so that they do not suffer any damage and to include all the components and the original box/packaging of the product. You must include the delivery note. Please note that if the goods do not arrive in good condition, the return will be refused. The direct cost of returning the Product shall be borne by the CUSTOMER. This return shall be made in accordance with the instructions given to the User by 24Segons in response to the User's notification of withdrawal. The User must return the Product within a maximum period of five (5) days from the date 24segons indicates the method of return.

4.2 The withdrawal entails the refund of the amount paid for the purchased product, and does not include the shipping costs. 24Segons will make the refund with the same method of payment used during the purchase of the products to be returned. The deadline for the refund will be the one established by law. 4.3 The right of withdrawal may not be exercised when the Product is not returned in its original packaging and when the Product is not in perfect condition.

6.1 The territorial scope of sales through the Store is exclusively for the territory of the European Union, so the delivery service will only be for that territory. The Products purchased through the Store will be sent to the delivery address indicated by the User once payment has been verified, with a maximum delivery period of thirty (30) days established by default in the Law.

6.2 The delivery service of 24Segons, is carried out in collaboration with different logistics operators of recognised prestige. Orders will not be delivered to PO Boxes, hotels, military bases or other non-permanent addresses.

6.3 The cost of shipping is not included in the price of the Products. At the time of purchase of the Product, the User will be informed of the exact shipping cost.

7.1 The User acknowledges that all the elements of the Store and of each of the Products, the information and materials contained therein, the brands, the structure, selection, arrangement and presentation of their contents, and the computer programs used in relation to them, are protected by the intellectual and industrial property rights of 24Segons itself or of third parties, and that the General Conditions do not grant the User any rights other than those specifically contemplated therein with respect to said industrial and intellectual property rights.

7.2 Unless authorised by 24Segons or, where applicable, by the third party holders of the corresponding rights, or unless legally permitted, the User may not reproduce, transform, modify, disassemble, reverse engineer, distribute, rent, lend, make available or allow access to the public by any means of public communication of any of the elements referred to in the previous paragraph. The User shall use the materials, elements and information accessed through the use of the Shop solely for his or her own needs, and undertakes not to directly or indirectly exploit the materials, elements and information obtained through the same for commercial purposes.

7.3 The User shall refrain from circumventing or manipulating any technical devices established by 24Segons or by third parties in the Store.

8.1 In compliance with Law 15/99 LOPD, we inform you that your personal data and other information provided through the registration form, as well as information from transactions carried out, will be included and stored in a file for processing, property of 24Segons. until such time as cancellation is requested. The processing will be used for the development and execution of the sale, the personalised attention of the products and services that you acquire and the improvement of said attention, as well as the promotion of our own products and services and those of third party companies linked to 24Segons. Likewise, you are informed that your data will be made available to the companies for the aforementioned purposes. 24Segons will treat these data with the utmost confidentiality, being the sole and exclusive recipient of the same, and will not transfer or communicate them to third parties other than those indicated in the regulations in force. The user expressly authorises 24Segons to send commercial communications and promotional offers and competitions, including by electronic means, by 24Segons and the aforementioned entities.

8.2 The User may at any time exercise his/her rights of access, rectification, opposition or cancellation by contacting 24Segons, Ronda Mossen Ramon Fornells, 52 bajo (08302) Mataró, Barcelona, Spain, or by sending an e-mail to devoluciones@24segons.es , enclosing a copy of his/her N.I.F. or substitute identification document.

8.3 The answers marked with * on the registration form are compulsory. Failure to reply will prevent the selected products from being purchased.

9.1 24Segons will facilitate the use of personal passwords to the user who registers as such on the website. These passwords will be used to access the services provided through the Website. The user must keep the passwords in the strictest and most absolute confidentiality under his/her exclusive responsibility, assuming, therefore, any damages or consequences of any kind arising from the breach or revelation of the secret. For security reasons, the password for telematic access to the services linked to the Website may be modified at any time by the user. The User undertakes to notify 24Segons immediately of any unauthorised use of his or her password, as well as access by unauthorised third parties.

10.1 24Segons uses cookies in order to improve its services, facilitate navigation, maintain security, verify the User's identity, facilitate access to personal preferences and track the User's use of the Store. Cookies are files installed on the hard disk of the computer or in the memory of the browser in the folder pre-configured by the operating system of the User's computer to identify the User.

10.2 If the User does not want a cookie to be installed on his or her hard drive, he or she must configure his or her Internet browser not to receive them. Likewise, the User may freely destroy cookies. If the User decides to deactivate cookies, the quality and speed of the service may be reduced and the User may even lose access to some of the services offered in the Store.

These general conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation, fulfilment or termination of this contract shall be subject to the Jurisdiction and Jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the City of Mataró, Barcelona and Girona, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to the User, provided that the applicable legislation so permits.

24Segons reserves the right to decide which of its product launches will be raffled. These launches, due to the high demand and interest in the product in question, are managed through a raffle to ensure equal opportunities for all interested parties.

A raffle is a raffle to gain access to the purchase of a product. The raffle will be conducted via our website www.24segons.es and will be communicated exclusively through the official channels of 24Segons.

The products catalogued as raffle will appear in www.24segons.es and the procedure will be as follows:

- The user will formalise their candidacy by placing a provisional order, including delivery details, size and method of payment.

- This provisional order will block the total amount of the order for this product until the raffle resolution is effective.

- Once the raffle has taken place, the winning users will have their orders automatically processed and the blocked amount will be charged. Users who have not won the raffle will see this amount automatically unblocked

- Each user will receive, via email, a notice of confirmation of registration for the raffle and another notice for both winners and losers of the raffle.

- Users who wish to participate must have a 24Segons account created, including all the required data in their customer file in order to be able to formalise a product.

- The deadline for registration will be available at the URL of each product, where 24Segons will inform about the deadline to guarantee participation in the raffle.

Loyalty Programme Terms and Conditions

Participation in the Programme:

To participate in the Loyalty Programme, it is a prerequisite to be registered as a customer in our online shop.

Membership of the programme is automatic once the customer has made accumulated purchases of a minimum value of 50 euros.

Loyalty points are personal and non-transferable, being linked to the registered customer's account.

Points Tracking:

The customer can consult and track the status of their loyalty points at any time through their user profile on our platform.

In the personal area, the customer will be able to view:

- Total points accumulated

- Points available for redemption

- History of points earned

- Expiry date of points

Points accumulation:

For every 100 euros spent in our shop, the customer will receive a reward equivalent to 0.50 euros in loyalty points.

Rewards will take approximately 4 days to validate and appear in the user's profile after the purchase is made.

Use of Rewards:

Customers will be able to use a minimum of €1 and a maximum of €10 in rewards for each purchase made.

The rewards earned are valid for 1 year from the date they are granted. After this period, unused rewards will automatically expire.

Restrictions and Modifications:

24Segons reserves the right to modify or cancel the points system in the event of inappropriate use by the customer.

24Segons also reserves the right to exclude certain products from this loyalty programme.

Any attempted fraud or abuse of the programme will result in immediate cancellation of the customer's account and forfeiture of all accumulated points.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time by giving participants 14 days' notice.

Data Protection:

Participation in the programme implies consent to the processing of personal data necessary for its management, in accordance with current data protection regulations.

Participants have the right to access, rectify and cancel their personal data, as well as to object to its processing, by contacting our customer service.

Complaints:

Any complaint related to the operation of the Loyalty Programme must be communicated to our customer service within a maximum period of 14 days from the occurrence of the reason for the complaint.

By participating in this Loyalty Programme, the customer agrees to comply with these terms and conditions. The company reserves the right to interpret and apply these rules at its discretion.
