1. OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER

1.1 The User undertakes, in general, to use the Store, to acquire the Products and to use each of the Store services diligently, in accordance with the law, morality, public order and the provisions of these General Conditions, and must also refrain from using them in any way that could prevent, damage or deteriorate the normal operation and enjoyment of the Store by Users or that could injure or cause damage to the assets and rights of 24 SEGONS, its suppliers, Users, or in general, any third party.

2. PRODUCTS AND PRICES

2.1 24 SEGONS reserves the right to decide, at any time, the Products that are offered to Users through the Store. In particular, 24 SEGONS may at any time add new Products to those offered in the Store, understanding that unless otherwise provided, such new Products will be governed by the present General Conditions. Likewise, 24 SEGONS reserves the right to stop providing or facilitate access and use of any of the different classes of Products offered in the Store without prior notice.

2.2 The Products included in the Store will correspond to the information that web display technology may allow for the Products actually offered. The characteristics of the Products and their prices appear on the Store. The prices indicated in the Store are in Euros and do not include VAT, unless indicated otherwise.

3. PROCEDURE AND FORM OF PAYMENT OF THE PRODUCTS

3.1 Within a maximum period of twenty-four (24) hours, 24 SEGONS will send an email to the User, confirming the purchase. Said email will assign a reference code of the purchase and will detail the characteristics of the Product, its price, shipping expenses, and the data of the different payment options available at 24 SEGONS.

3.2 The User who purchases a product through the Store must make the payment through the payment systems detailed in the Store.

3.3 24 SEGONS will archive the electronic documents of the contract, sending a copy to the User once the purchase is made. The contract will be in Spanish.

3.4 The order confirmation sent by 24 SEGONS is not valid as an invoice, but as proof of purchase. 24 SEGONS will send the corresponding invoice together with the Product.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

4.1 The User has a right of withdrawal, by which they can contact 24 SEGONS by email at [email protected] and withdraw from the purchase within a period not exceeding fourteen (14) business days from receipt of the Product. The Product must be sent with the return sheet duly completed and a copy of the delivery note or invoice, the CLIENT being responsible for the direct cost of returning the Product. The return will be made in accordance with the instructions that 24 SEGONS provides to the User. The User must return the Product within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from when 24 SEGONS informs them how to proceed.

4.2 Withdrawal entails the refund of the amount paid. The client must indicate the credit card number and name on the return sheet for 24 SEGONS to process the refund. The term for the refund will be established by law.

4.3 The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised when the Product is not returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

5. CUSTOMER SERVICE

5.1 For any incident, claim, or exercise of their rights, the User can send an email to [email protected]

6. HOME DELIVERY SERVICE

6.1 The territorial scope of sales through the Store is exclusively within the European Union, so the delivery service is limited to that territory. The Products purchased through the Store will be sent to the delivery address provided by the User once payment has been verified, with a maximum delivery period of thirty (30) days, as established by default in the Law.

6.2 The 24 SEGONS delivery service is carried out in collaboration with different recognized logistics operators. Orders will not be delivered to Post Office Boxes or non-permanent addresses.

6.3 The shipping cost is not included in the price of the Products. At the time of purchase, the User will be informed of the exact shipping cost.

7. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

7.1 The User acknowledges that all elements of the Store, each of the Products, information, and materials contained therein, brands, structure, selection, arrangement, and presentation of contents, and computer programs used in relation to them, are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights of 24 SEGONS or third parties, and that the General Conditions do not grant the User any other rights regarding said intellectual and industrial property rights other than those specifically contemplated herein.

7.2 Unless authorized by 24 SEGONS or, where appropriate, by third-party rights holders, or unless legally permitted, the User may not reproduce, transform, modify, disassemble, reverse engineer, distribute, rent, lend, make available, or allow public access to any of the elements referred to in the previous paragraph. The User must use the materials, elements, and information accessed through the Store solely for their own needs, refraining from commercial exploitation of the materials, elements, and information obtained through the Store.

7.3 The User must refrain from evading or manipulating any technical devices established by 24 SEGONS or by third parties in the Store.

8. DATA PROTECTION

8.1 In compliance with Law 15/99 LOPD, your personal data and information provided through the registration form, as well as data from transactions carried out, will be included and kept in a file for processing, property of 24 SEGONS, unless cancellation is requested. The processing will be for the development and execution of the sale, personalized attention for products and services acquired, improvement of service, as well as promotion of products and services from 24 SEGONS and related third-party companies. Additionally, your Data will be shared with companies for indicated purposes. 24 SEGONS will handle this data with confidentiality, making it available only to intended recipients.

8.2 The User may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, opposition, or cancellation by contacting 24 SEGONS, Ronda Mossen Ramon Fornells, 52, Mataró, Barcelona, Spain, or via email at [email protected], attaching a copy of their identification document.

8.3 The answers marked with * in the registration form are mandatory. Lack of response will prevent the purchase of selected products.

9. PASSWORDS

9.1 24 SEGONS will provide the user with personal passwords to access services on the Website. The user must keep these passwords confidential, assuming responsibility for any damages or consequences resulting from disclosure or breach of confidentiality. Passwords for telematic access to services can be modified by the user at any time. The User agrees to notify 24 SEGONS immediately of any unauthorized password use or access by third parties.

10. COOKIES

10.1 24 SEGONS uses cookies to improve services, facilitate navigation, maintain security, verify User identity, provide access to personal preferences, and track usage. Cookies are files installed on the computer hard drive or in the browser’s memory to identify the User.

10.2 If the User does not wish for cookies to be installed, they must configure their browser to reject cookies. However, if cookies are disabled, the quality and speed of the service may decrease, and access to some services may be lost.

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These general conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from interpretation or execution related to the validity, interpretation, compliance, or resolution of this contract will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Mataró, Barcelona, and Girona, waiving any other jurisdiction applicable by law.

24Segons reserves the right to decide which product launches will be managed through raffles. These launches, due to the high demand and interest in the product in question, are managed through a raffle to ensure equal opportunities between all interested parties.

A raffle is a drawing to access the purchase of a product. This will be carried out through our website www.24segons.es and will be communicated exclusively through the official channels of 24Segons.

The products listed as raffles will appear on www.24segons.es and their procedure will be as follows:

- The user will formalize their candidacy by placing a provisional order, including shipping information, size and payment method.

- This provisional order will block the total amount of the order for this product until the resolution of the raffle is effective.

- Once the draw is carried out, the winning users will have their order processed automatically, with this blocked amount being charged. Users who have not won the raffle will see that amount automatically unlocked

- Each user will receive, via email, a confirmation notice of registration for the raffle and another notice for both winners and losers of the same.

- Users who wish to participate must have a 24Segons account created, including all the required data in their customer file in order to formalize a product.

- The registration period can be consulted on the URL of each product, where 24Segons will inform about the deadline to guarantee participation in the raffle.
