This Virtual Gift Card can be sent directly to the recipient with a message included in a very simple way or you can also print it. Add the recipient's email address (or yours if you want to deliver it physically), the recipient will receive an email with the gift voucher code. This code can be redeemed and the balance will be debited from the 24Segons account. To use the balance on your purchases, you must mark it at the time of payment, right at the last step of the checkout, by selecting the box that appears above the available payment methods. If you do not have an account with 24Segons you will need to create one in order to redeem the gift card and redeem the credit.

You will see that there are predefined amounts of €40, €50, €75, €100, €150, €200, €250 and €300. But next to these predefined amounts there is a blank box that you can fill in with the amount you want, the minimum is €40. You can select any of the predefined amounts or you can add the balance of your choice yourself.

Withdrawal period: You have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to exercise your right of withdrawal, provided that you have not redeemed the gift card.

IMPORTANT - Loss of the Right of Withdrawal after Redemption:

Once the gift card has been redeemed (by entering the code and activating the balance in the account of 24Segons), you will automatically lose your right of withdrawal in accordance with article 103.a) of the TRLGDCU, as the service will have been fully executed.

By purchasing this gift card, you expressly consent:

That the service begins from the moment of redemption (by entering the code and activating the balance in the account of 24Segons).

That you are aware that you will lose your right of withdrawal of the gift card once the card has been redeemed.

That the redemption constitutes the complete execution of the contracted service.

Returns of products paid for in full or in part with a Gift Card will be reimbursed by reactivating the corresponding balance in your account at 24Segons provided that they are within the legal withdrawal period and in compliance with the return policies.
